Bio

Sebastiano Pilati is Associate Professor of Condensed Matter Physics at the University of Camerino (Italy), in the School of Science and Technology. 

In January 2022 he got the national habilitation to full professor. He is responsible for the Physics Curriculum of the PhD Program in Physics, Earth and Material Sciences at the University of Camerino. He is also local manager of the LINCOLN Initiative, Perugia Unit, National Commission IV of INFN.

S. Pilati obtained his PhD in Physics at the University of Trento. Then is worked as research fellow at the INO-CNR “BEC Centre” (Trento), at the ETH Zurich, at the ICTP (Trieste) as Ludwig Boltzmann Fellow, and at the University of Padua.
